John Dalli, Esq. is a founding member of Dalli & Marino, LLP, and has been litigating and trying complex personal injury and medical malpractice matters in New York City, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County and Westchester since 1996. Since 2007 Mr. Dalli has focused on the prosecution and trial of elder abuse and nursing home negligence matters. Specifically, Mr. Dalli has tried cases concerning the failure of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals to provide resident care consistent with state and federal regulations.

Mr. Dalli has handled hundreds of cases involving elderly residents of nursing homes who suffer injuries such as falls, pressure ulcers, dehydration, medication errors and sexual abuse. As a result he has gained particular expertise in navigating these highly sensitive matters resulting in numerous successful verdicts and settlements.

Mr. Dalli has also successfully represented the families of brain-damaged infants due to negligent medical care as well as construction workers injured in work place accidents. Mr. Dalli is an active member of the Columbian Lawyers Association as well as the New York City Bar Association and has spoken on the topic of nursing home negligence and elder care abuse to numerous groups.
